- So that's the end of the section on people and the importance of focusing on the people rather than the task, 'cause in the end, people are all you've got. They're your number one resource. They're your most expensive and your most important resource and you absolutely have to get that right. So I hope you got some good examples. The main thing is, remember that to know and not do is to not know. So if you think you know all that stuff but your not doing it for some reason, that's no good. So my question to you is what are you going to do differently having watched that section of the course?
