- A great way to stay organized is to write and keep a to do list. It will just take a few minutes at the end of each day to prep you for the next day. You'll start each day ahead of the game and already feel more productive. Whether you use a list-making app or just using pen and paper, let me give you a few tips for writing your to do list. First, keep the points actionable. If you need to work on your website for your business don't just write website on your to-do list. You'll want to break it down into an actionable step and write something like, create content for the first page of the website, or find an image for the header. When you keep the items on your to-do list actionable, you're more likely to complete them and who doesn't want to cross items off your to-do list? I know I do.
