While the tone of each email changes they all have one thing in common. The email has a purpose and that purpose will never be reached if the email doesn't get read. - [Narrator] So first, let's talk about the signs of poor communication. So that you can start to identify any potential skills you need to work on. One common problem is that people can miss important information, even though you included it in the email, maybe the information was buried in the text somewhere, or it was unclear.
