Support and help from others makes you better and stronger. So, let's look at when you should be asking for help. First, if you don't have the skills or experience to do something well, like when you're having a product problem or maybe a customer issue that you don't know how to resolve on your own, then factor in time here. If you could figure out the problem in four hours, but someone else could help you do it in 10 minutes, it's in the organization's best interest for you to ask.
