- I can't stress enough how important your wellbeing is to your success as a leader. As a young professional, I was so eager to make a great impression and show I had what it took to be a contributing team member. I had such a drive, a little too much drive, so much drive that I ended up neglecting my wellbeing. That decision sent me into overdrive, which caused burnout.
