The achieving eagle
- If you're an Eagle, you should feel pretty proud of yourself 'cause you've got things pretty much under control. You've got goals, you're efficient, and that means that you're enjoying yourself, and you're achieving quite a bit. So that's great. Is there anything that you need to do? And I think there's a couple of things. I think, first of all, keep an eye on your work life balance 'cause there is a risk that you might be working too hard. Eagles love to work. It could also be that you're working really hard on achieving, and then you're having plenty of fun outside work at home, but maybe it's worth just filling in the other two boxes. So, make sure that you're enjoying yourself at work and make sure that you're achieving things outside work. So, have you ticked all four boxes?
