An allegory of differences

- I have worked with a ton of groups on how differences in personality and behavioral style can impact our relationships, and I'd like to use a story to demonstrate how these differences can manifest. The story is about four farmer's daughters. One morning, the farmer and his daughters are sitting around the breakfast table and the farmer says, "Hey, listen, you girls know that we're in "a lot of financial trouble "and that if we don't have almost a 100% yield this year, "we're likely to lose the farm. "So we need to do everything we can to make sure "our crops are in the ground and growing "as soon as possible. "The weather over the next few days is perfect for planting, "so we have to get the seeds today "to take advantage of the weather. "So I need each of you to go into town and get some seeds."
