- Congratulations on taking this course. And more importantly, for taking the steps to help you and your team get better results. As I close, I have three observations. First, managing for results is virtually all about communication. As you build your communication skills in the ways and in the areas we've talked about here, you will get greater results. Managing for results isn't about you. You will be better at this and get better results when you let go and let others in and help them succeed. And you are on a path. Being a better manager and leader doesn't come from one course, or even applying some new ideas.
