- If you're the koala, you've got goals but you're not achieving them. This is quite unusual actually, because most people have never really thought about goals, but koalas have thought about their goals, but for some reason, they're not achieving them. And it could be from lack of efficiency, and that's easy to fix. But it could also be from two things called FOF and FOP. So FOF is fear of failure, and FOP is fear of people. So, fear of failure and fear of people can lead to us not taking action when we should, and then we don't make progress towards whatever our goals are, and we end up procrastinating and putting stuff off, avoiding doing it, or even being a bit negative, thinking, "Well, there's no point, 'cause that's not going to work," and we have all these excuses.
