Many futurists and thought leaders will point to the future of work as being a mixture of the use of the most advanced digital tools and platforms, with new pioneering ways of organizing and helping people experience more satisfaction and achievements in their work. Many predictions declare that a high percentage of work will be automated by machines and digital programs. This worries a lot of people that their work may become obsolete.
