(air whooshing) - All right Rich, so this kind of a unique place. I mean, honestly, pairing and everything, I've never seen anything like it. How did you come up with this business and this way of working? - Yeah, a lot of what you see here, Ron, is two expressions for me. One is a deep abiding passion for what we do as an industry. I believe, from the time I was a little kid, that software design and development was one of the most unique frontiers that mankind has ever undertaken. For me it was a chance to be an artist in a different way than we've ever seen before, kind of in the history of civilization. But there was also another part for me, there was this deep disillusion where I saw a pattern in my own work life that, quite frankly, I thought was just uniquely my challenge.
