The impact of a repeatable sales process

- Early in my career, I didn't have a specific client development process and it often took me several months to attract a new client. I've developed a repeatable sales process that will help you attract clients much faster. The 33-step process is outlined in the exercise file and is something you can implement throughout your career. These 33 steps are made up of several key themes. First, you must research what companies to target, study the top clients of your staffing and recruiting firm so you can identify similar companies. Also pay attention to the job titles that are filled most. So you write similar job orders, contracts or temp assignments. Ask your manager if there are any past clients that would be worth your efforts to reactivate.
