- It seems like this is tied though, to knowing your value. And so when you say knowing your value and the importance of knowing your value, what does that mean to you? - So to me it means that you have to be your own best cheerleader, right? Because no one else is going to do it for you, that's the reality. If you work at a big company, your boss is managing you, they're also managing potentially tens, if not hundreds of other people, right? And if you run your own business, if we've got some listeners here today who run their own business, if you don't believe in the value of your product and service, frankly, who else is going to? You're not going to be able to get the press from the media. You're not going to be able to convert people in your sales funnel. So you really have to know your value above all else. So when I think about this concept of knowing your value, I just think of it as like, knowing that you're awesome.…
