- George Bernard Shaw once said, "That progress is impossible without change." And today's continuous improvement business climate, I think we can all agree with this. Lean embraces the ability to constantly change as a key ingredient of corporate culture which is each company's own way of doing things and solving problems. But change does not just happen.
