- The Inspirational Leader is obsessed with communication. And that means they have to get information about what's going on so that they can then communicate it to their team. And their team will expect the leader to know what's going on. It's awful if they ask you and you say, well, I don't know, because then you're not a leader at all. You've admitted then that you're just following instructions from your boss, so how can you be a leader? So, we need to get information from our boss if necessary. And then we've got something to tell people, and then we must be telling them, we must always be telling people stuff. And I'll give you a couple of examples of this actually, because years ago I used to work for a company called DRG. It was a great company actually, but doesn't exist anymore now, it was bought out.
