The secret to good decisions

- How many decisions do you think you make each day? 500, 20,000? Take a guess. Studies suggest the average person makes an astonishing 35,000 decisions per day. Okay, so you sleep an average of seven hours. Assuming you don't make decisions in your sleep, this means you make roughly 2000 decisions per hour, or one decision every two seconds. Judgment is how we reach conclusions, it's the critical foundation of our decision-making process. And it drives every decision. Not all decisions matter that much. A pint, or a glass. But some matter a lot. Like, who to trust, or, how to go after a promotion. Good judgment becomes critical when decisions matter. You may already have good judgment across the board, but in this course, we'll crack the code for improving it. Even in stressful situations. The skills you'll learn here will help you see things more clearly. About other people, the future, yourself. You'll notice yourself making better decisions at work, and in every aspect of your life.
