- In this section of the course, we're going to look at how do you negotiate with a colleague? And this might be somebody in your team or it might be somebody in another team, a different part of the organization. And this is somebody who's not doing their share of the work, or maybe they're not keeping their promises to you, or maybe they're giving a better service to other departments than they are to yours. So it's a problem. And you may not think of this as a negotiating situation, but I think it is because you want something from them. You're probably going to have to offer them something in exchange. So, therefore, it's a negotiation. So let's see how the negotiating process helps with dealing with a difficult colleague.
