Looping with while

Looping with while: Learning C
Looping with while: Learning C

All loops in C require a looping condition, one or more statements to repeat, and an exit condition. The while loop repeats its statements as long as the condition is true. Within the while loop, one of the statements must modify the exit condition so that the loop ends. A do-while loop works like a while loop, though its statements are always executed once. You want to avoid an endless loop, which is a loop that lacks an exit condition.
