Adding matchlines

- [Instructor] Suppose your floor plan is too big to fit on one sheet at a normal scale. What I'd like to do in this video is create dependent views and then add Matchlines. So jump into any model that you wanna cut up. The first thing I want to do is I'm going to right-click on Level 1 or whatever level you're in. I want to Duplicate View. Now, I want to Duplicate as a Dependent. Let's rename the first one, instead of "Level 1 - Dependent 1". Let's click into here. Let's call it "Level 1 - Area A". Hit Enter. Now right-click on Level 1 again, Duplicate View. Let's Duplicate as a Dependent. Let's rename this to "Level 1 - Area B". Hit Enter. Okay. Now, with Area B, I'm just gonna select my crop region. I'm gonna slide it over to about here. Maybe tighten it up here. Now let's go to level one, area A, and I will grab my crop region and bring it over to about here. Maybe I'll tighten this up a little bit. Now what we'll see if we go to level one, we'll see it's now broken out into two…
