Applying linetypes and lineweights

- [Instructor] We're staying in the same drawing now, and we're going to take a look at how we can change line weights and line types of our objects in AutoCAD. These are known properties of objects. So we've got our highlight boundary that we've created, like so. What I'm going to do, I'm going to close quick properties there and just turn it off for the moment down here on the status bar. And then I'm going to right click and I'm going to go to properties to bring up the properties palette, pop it over here on the right hand side. Now, I've selected our highlight boundary, and you can see that the line type, at the moment, is by layer, and the line weight is also by layer. So I can change these individually if I want to. So I can change the line weight here and give it an individual line weight if I want to instead of using the by layer setting. I can also jump into line type, that's by layer at the moment,…
