- [Instructor] Sometimes when you are doing asset removal or a demolished equipment schedule, you need to provide whoever's doing the work some type of list so that they can find items quickly and decide what they're going to do with them. So if you want, you can also create coding inside of each schedule that makes it easier for them to sort out how they're going to look at this information. So I'm just going to show you a quick little trick that you could do with your schedules to make where you can color code them and make it easy for everyone. So I decided that I have pieces of equipment that are either going to be recycled, go to refuse, or they're going to go be resold. What I can then do is, inside of my equipment schedule, I can come over here to my formatting, and I'm going to click on that now, and I'm going to go and I'm going to click on my recycled items first, and I'm going to tell it that I want anything…
