Join Chanté Bright for an in-depth discussion in this video Asset removal schedule coding, part of Revit 2020: Interior Design Project Management Techniques.
- [Instructor] Sometimes when you are doing … asset removal or a demolished equipment schedule, … you need to provide whoever's doing the work … some type of list so that they can find items quickly … and decide what they're going to do with them. … So if you want, you can also create coding … inside of each schedule that makes it easier … for them to sort out how they're going to … look at this information. … So I'm just going to show you a quick little trick … that you could do with your schedules … to make where you can color code them … and make it easy for everyone. … So I decided that I have pieces of equipment … that are either going to be recycled, go to refuse, … or they're going to go be resold. … What I can then do is, inside of my equipment schedule, … I can come over here to my formatting, … and I'm going to click on that now, … and I'm going to go and I'm going to click on … my recycled items first, … and I'm going to tell it that I want anything … that is set up to be recycled …
