- [Instructor] One of the documents that I had mentioned for setting expectations was a BIM execution plan. And I'm providing a free BIM execution plan with this course, so you can feel free to use it for your own needs. Some of the things included in the BIM execution plan include the objective of why you're doing the project, the details about the project such as the owner and location of the project, the BIM project team contacts, these'll be the major individuals for each member of the design teams and as well as it could be subcontractors as well that will be responsible for the BIM work associated with the project. That'll make it easier to contact the correct individuals should you need files. There's design milestones, which are the dates that each one of these files or steps of the project are due, the uses of the model, how the model will be used, the actual coordination process associated with delivering this model.
