- [Instructor] One of my favorite resources would be books. Now, this may surprise some people, considering how much information is readily available on the internet today. But some of the books that I like to read about are on the history of our profession, the different processes that are being used by different people in different related industries, theory behind process management, different uses of technology, books on business management, books on project management. Of course, books on employee management, because so much of BIM is about dealing with people. Even self-help books are good, because they tell you a little bit more about yourself and will help you as you're trying to develop the skills to be a better person in the field of BIM. And then, finally, down at the very bottom, there's where I start to read the books about technology. Now every once in a while, I will read a good BIM book, but I actually tend to read most of my information online, whether it's on online…
