- [Narrator] When I think of client buy-in, I oddly do not think of the client pushing for a BIM deliverable specifically. They might, but it's not what I traditionally think of. When I consider client buy-in, I wonder how the client may wanna use a specific deliverable. Do certain individuals wanna use it for visualization to sell their concept to the public or better understand a space themselves? Does the facility's management wanna understand the ease of access to panels and equipment for maintenance purposes? Usually, when I think of client buy-in, I think of the communication of the design intent and the downstream usage of this information when it is in the client's hands. Then the client is typically paying for this value that they are getting in the service or the deliverable you are providing.
