From the course: Understanding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Conclusion

- [Instructor] This course is a great first step in understanding the selection and use of PPE. It's not where you stop. If you're in a situation that requires PPE, you need to do more. Understand the hazards. Read and understand any safety data sheets that might exist for the specific product you'll be using or exposed to. Research your PPE. Read the instructions to understand how to use it, what it will protect you against, and what its limitations might be. The Exercise File tab for this course includes a handout where I provided links and references to additional resources, so you can do further research to help you select correct PPE for your situation. If you have any additional, non-commercial resources that you want to share with the other people watching this course, you can post them in the Q&A section of this course. You can also use that section to ask questions and start discussions about this course and the subject of personal protective equipment. You can also follow me or check out my profile on LinkedIn to keep up to date as I release other courses, posts, or articles. I really appreciate you watching this course, and I hope you find it useful. Thanks again, and please stay safe, whether it's in your personal life or in your profession.
