- [Instructor] A trades portfolio will be both personal and informative. It will include a cover letter, which is your first introduction to the interviewer, a resume, which will outline your training and skills, and additional items such as certifications and examples of work. We will explore these contents throughout the course. You can look at a real example of a trades portfolio that I have received and found to be thoughtful and effective.
