Coordinating models

- During the coordination process, you'll be taking models and putting them into a shared environment, like NAVISWORKS Manage, Tekla BIMsight, or Solibri. Once the individual models exist in one file, you will then start to use the tools within the software to look for potential conflicts within the model. These conflicts can be things like hydronic lines intersecting with duct work, access panels being blocked, or valve clearances being interrupted by other equipment. Overall, the goal is to find and identify any and all potential issues that can be found within these models, and share them with the rest of the team. It's a good idea to post these models weekly once the information has been brought together. Along with posting these models, it is also a good idea to share meeting minutes that highlight the areas of concern that have been identified, and which team should resolve the conflict.
