- [Instructor] So, what do you call a command that looks like a circle from the top and a zigzag shape from the side? It's the helix of course, we'll cover three different ways to build a helix and then a great Dave tip to tweak it even further. I'm going to turn off this quiz layer here. We're going to focus on curves and then I'm going to switch over to all four view ports and then double click on perspective to spend most of our time there. So our first example, we're going to do a basic helix. Let's see how it looks and where it's located. Go to the curve menu. There is helix right there. Now we've got a lot of options here. We're just going to do a few on each of these three examples. I'm just going to start with making an axis anywhere on the ground plane, and it's looking for two points.
