Creating point tables

- [Instructor] Once you have the points in the drawing it may be useful to have a point table for reference to be able to see information about all the points in a easy to read tabular format. So let's go ahead and open up our drawing to create our COGO table. And this is the drawing where we have our trees, and our iron pins. And so what we're going to do is just select any one of these. And form the contextual ribbon notice Add Tables. So Add Tables allows us to select a style for our table, as well as the layer. These are defaults, of course, coming from our feature settings and drawings settings. And then you can manually choose the points. So you can choose by a point group, you can manually select Points, or you can control the points by the label style and in this case we're going to use just description. I love this because you can add then existing points or any points that are new after you've created a point table, if they're using this label style, it'll automatically be…
