- [Instructor] In the last several videos, we've basically done this, but we're going to make it official now. By creating a profile, we're going to load the profile into a Line-based Family. Then we're going to set up a project, set some angled reference planes, and then model this line-based family in. So to do this, let's start off by jumping into Revit, under families, let's go New. Go to your region. I'm going to scroll down till I find Profile. I'm going to click open, okay, let's set some reference planes. It's right, click on this Reference Plane, it creates Similar. The drop panel, let's click on our Pick Lines button. For the offset, let's go, I don't know, four inches up then down. Now let's go two inches left and right, just like that. Let's click our Aligned Dimension. Let's equally dimension these and then equally constrain these dimensions. Like we've done many, many times throughout this course.…
