- [Instructor] In this video, I'd like to create a trench drain. What we're going to do is we're going to have two sides that are beveled to a drain, then the actual drain itself. We're going to use a void sweep in a face-based family. Under Families, let's go New. Go to your Region, scroll down till you find Generic Model face based, click Open. Okay, let's just start creating reference planes. I'm going to go for the overall width, right now. So right click on this reference plane and Create Similar. On the Draw panel, click the Pick Lines button. For the offset, let's go 1' 6", we'll make it 3' wide overall. But of course, we're going to add parameters to it so we can change that width. And the Measure panel, click the Align Dimension button here, here, here. Pull this up to about here. Make sure you equally constraint it, here to here. Let's pick the point above that, hit Escape a few times. Now select the 3'…
