- [Instructor] Okay, in this video, I want to make the kind of truss that looks like the rigging you hang lights off at a concert, you know what I'm talking about? This would be a two-video process, but the outcome I think is cool. By actually creating a blended extrusion, we use those lines as a guide for our web members. So to get started, let's jump into Revvit. Under families, let's go new, browse to your region, scroll down to generic model. You know the one we use so much in this course, click open. Let's create some additional reference planes. That's a right click on this reference plane and create similar, on the draw panel click pick lines. Let's go one foot six, one space, six up and down. Skip a couple of times. In the measure panel let's go to align dimension and we will click two dimensions here to equally constrain it. Click another one here. Select that three-foot dimension.
