Creating a truss using a template

- [Man] Traditional trusses come with a template. While there are a couple of truss templates available in Revit, really only one does anything special. Of course that's the one we're going to use for this video. To create a truss with the parameters we'll need, we'll start using this structural truss template. We'll then add a radial top and bottom and test it in a project. So under families, let's go new. Go to your region, scroll down till I find structural trusses. Let's click open. I'm going to grab my dimensions and maybe move them up a bit, 'cause I know they might get in the way. Go to the create tab. Notice we have a few different options here for trusses. First thing I want to do is select top chord. So click on top chord. Let's make it be at radius, so let's go start, end, radius, arc. It's going to be an arc. We're going to click a point here, click an end point here, and I don't know resolve it right…
