- [Instructor] It's hard to remember everything, so document all questions, project ideas, and suggestions so that you have the opportunity to follow up and address them in the future. Also document how and when you solve these issues. This will not only be good motivation for you, by reading everything that you've accomplished, but it can be used when talking to management about the progress you made within an organization. Because you'll never remember all the things that you do that lead to greater productivity without it being written down, may it be in a notebook or in a spreadsheet. Creating this list can also lead to obvious training topics for the group as a whole. If you see the same problems repeating themselves on your list and you're providing the same solution for it, then having a training that discusses these problems with a bigger group will usually be a good idea and have an immediate positive impact.
