- At this point, you're managing a lot of information that represent different file types. You're managing model information ranging from source design files, trade partner generated files, to files that you are generating for digital coordination. You'll want to keep a good file structure and have a lot of storage space as you progress with coordination. You and your team are handling RFIs, contract documents, sketches, specifications, photos, and other information, and you will want to keep some of that information accessible to trade partners and other team members.
