Documenting and communicating expectations (verbally)

Documenting and communicating expectations (verbally)
- [Instructor] Even with all this created content and documentation, it's possible a person will still simply not know the right thing to do on a project or, just as likely, will not know why they need to do a project a specific way. As a result, I like to do a project kickoff meeting at the start of a project. And I also like to do a project postmortem meeting at the end of the project. Each one of these meetings will review the project. The project kickoff will review all the requirements of the start of the project, while the project postmortem will review everything that you did during the course of the project and what went well and what didn't go so well. So let's get started with reviewing the differences between these two meetings.
