- [Narrator] In this video we cover how to avoid the edit rebuild command entirely. I'll show you how to build a normally degree two entity as degree three from the beginning. Pretty exciting, huh? So first a quick refresher about some of the things we're going to be discussing along the way, remember higher degree values are smoother and less points that we can get away with are going to be better, especially for organic surfacing. Now it usually surprises people when I tell them a circle, which looks about as smooth as you can get, is actually constructed as a degree two from Rhino. Let's zoom in here, I'm going to select this object, and turn off the gumball for a moment, and now we're going to put the control points on. So we can select over here on the main toolbar.
