(rock music) - Construction projects, today, like the one you see behind me, are really complex. We have a lot of different people doing a lot of different things out here, on this job site, and it's really important that we have them working in a manner that's safe, productive, and that results in a quality product. For instance, this project involves building a bunch of student housing apartments, in a really tight site, that presents a lot of unique challenges. The structural engineer went to a lot of work to design a concrete structure that's gonna hold up all the wood frame departments that we're gonna build on top of it, later, and it's really important that we, in the construction industry, build what the structural engineer actually had in mind. So, how do we do that? Well, it starts with creating some more complex and detailed set of instructions.
