- [Instructor] In this video, I'd like to look at how to export a schedule to Microsoft Excel. The first thing you have to be is in the schedule you want to export. If you go to file, export. Now if we hit the little drop-down here, we can come down to reports. We can either do a schedule or room area report. I'm gonna go to schedule. I'll throw it in my documents folder. I like to use delimitated text. That's really the only choice we're going to have right now. Click save. I like it tab delimitated. I'd just keep everything checked on. Click OK. Now if we go to our documents, we'll see we have a door schedule here. So if we go to Microsoft Excel, and let's open other workbooks, browse. Go to documents. Instead of all Excel files, we'll go to text files. I'll grab door schedule. Let's go to open. Delimited, that works. Click next. Tab deliminator. Next. Now let's finish. And here it is.
