- [Instructor] I used to wonder why we used Glue when we have Navisworks that does essentially the same thing, just a lot better. To be honest, I really only used Glue when I was doing videos for LinkedIn. But then Navisworks 2017 came around. It was in that version where I realized that you can open a Glue model directly from the cloud in Navisworks, manipulate it, and save it back. Also, right around the time of my discovery I wound up on two massive projects where we had to use it, because it was mandated by the owner. So that being said, this week I'd like to focus on the two collaboration products I just mentioned, Glue and Navisworks, and how they're related. So we'll dial back a little bit. I'm going to jump into Revit and I want to make sure I have my Glue add-in. So if I go to my Add-Ins you should have a BIM 360 panel. If you don't have that we need to go find it.
