- With many people preferring to continue to work at home for at least part of the workweek, I don't think there's any question that we're going to see a continued evolution into a hybrid meeting environment. Meetings where some people are physically present in the office and others will attend virtually from wherever they're working. Now to be successful, this type of meeting really needs some thought put into the configuration and the resources that'll be available. Let's look at a typical arrangement that I've already experienced. So you schedule a meeting, you pick a conference room, and you create a remote link to join via Teams or Zoom, and then you send it out to the six people that you need to attend. Half elect to attend remotely, while the other half will attend in person. Now is your conference room set up to handle that?
