- [Instructor] In our last exercise, we saw that when we drew the crossing pipe in our profile view along the sanitary sewer, we saw the storm actually was conflicting. There was an interference or conflict between the sanitary sewer and the storm system and so what we're going to do is see how Civil 3D can provide us all of that information of any interferences quickly so that we can, as designers, address those interferences. So I'm going to open up our last exercise with the gravity pipe network 10_08 interferences. And as we see here, again, we have the interference located or that conflict. But how can we identify these quickly if we have a lot of networks? Civil 3D provides us the ability to accomplish analysis of entire networks and how they interact with other networks. We can do that from the prospector under pipe networks. You have the interference checks. It is also available in the analyze ribbon where you have the ability to create an interference check.
