Internal team coordination

- Strong teams communicate effectively throughout the coordination process. Even stronger teams are willing to take ownership where there are holes in the coordination process. This can be done various ways, but I have found that it is helpful when the people onsite get into the models and look at the issues they see or predict. Coordination requires the ability to focus on various technologies, and with a large number of stakeholders. This can be accomplished through traditional means, like face-to-face meetings, but that can be logistically very difficult, depending on the number of projects you are managing, the locations of your project, and where your teams are located. There are various ways to manage projects remotely that are fairly inexpensive. Having weekly meetings with your team is ideal.
