- [Narrator] These are the four most common types of internal training. The first is all day training. All day training can either be done in your office or at someone else's facility. Usually an all day training is a long training on a certain process, such as how you use a specific software program. Sometimes all day training can actually be multiple days, two, three, or four days in a row. The good thing about all day training is it's very comprehensive, and you can usually send multiple people to it. The bad thing about all day training is that it does take all day, and you may be sending multiple people to it. Now, I realize this is the exact same thing for the advantages and the disadvantages. But the disadvantage of sending all these people is that you have to pay their salary while they're gone. Also you lose their productivity when they're gone either out of the office or just in this training in general. So you need to decide, is the money that you spend on this training and…
