- [Narrator] As we've already seen, as we create parcels, area labels are automatic. They're built in as part of the feature settings, in the default style to be used for the area labels. However, we can do more with area labels. For example, we can renumber our parcels, we can even add additional area labels, giving more control on visibility through layers. So, you can show more information on some sheets, less information on others. So, let's go ahead and look at how we can do this in our next exercise. We're going to open up the file, it's 0506 area label. And as we open up the file we notice here that our area labels really talk about the number for our parcels. Our parcels are automatically numbered as their created and our numberings a little bit off. So, what we want to do is, we want to renumber our sub-division and to do these we're going to select the first parcel that we want to renumber.
