You may choose to refer to them as you describe your previous achievements. They can provide critical evidence of work ethic and performance. Ask for a letter from people you have worked with who have been able to observe your performance and will be able to elaborate on your specific skills and positive traits. This may include a current or previous employer, a colleague, teacher, coach, or volunteer coordinator.
