- [Instructor] Now that we have the level of detail understood and in place, we can look at some of the draft agreements floating around out there. These documents are intended to include participating design firms and the project expectation at each specific milestone. Each BIM project is going to have a BIM kickoff meeting. This document is basically serving as the LOD specification in the meeting agenda. It's easy to recommend a level of detail but this set of documents lists the firms involved in the project, keeping you accountable. So, the AIA document is pretty much your go-to agreement. It lists the firms involved in the project and the expected level of detail. But most importantly it gives specific milestone dates and expected deliverables. So, we're not just handing out drawings, maybe we're not just handing in Revit, maybe we're going to BIM 360 Glue. Maybe we're handing in Navisworks.
