Making changes in Robot
- [Instructor] If I'm being honest, we could've actually modeled this entire thing right here in Robot. That would've been really silly since we know Revit, so we're not going to do that. That being said, now that we have physical objects in Robot, we can make any physical edits to the model we want. Of course this is all fully transferable back to Revit. Let's do it. So in Robot in our model I want to figure out what the slab is doing. So if we zoom into here it's not easy to select. If you're having trouble seeing it let's uncheck section shapes. It makes it a little easier to just see our analytical surfaces. Now if you hover over just like about here, you're going to select that entire slab. They call it a panel. But if we scroll down here we'll see the calculation. It's calculating it as a shell. We can do one or two things. This shell's basically saying that it's a two way slab so I want it to be a deck slab…
