- [Instructor] Unreal Engine 4 contains a very large and growing library of nodes and functions to help in the creation of stunning materials. Let's take a look at some of the most commonly used nodes and how to access them. So I want to take a look at some of the material node hotkeys available to us within the Unreal Engine material editor. Some of the basics that we're going to see here in a moment are the ability to hold the hotkey and then just left mouse button click in the material editor graph. This is a really quick way to access some of the most commonly used functions. So some of those hotkeys include something basic like the numbers 1,2,3 and 4 and these are some very commonly used ones here that I thought I should outline or provide for you and these are constant vectors. And what they mean by the numbers is the number of channels. So for example, a vector or a constant of 1 with 1 channel so it is literally just 1 input, 0 to 1. A constant vector 2 would give us 2…
