- I have a couple of posts on LinkedIn regarding this return to work topic that have generated tens of thousands of views and thousands of reactions and comments. Reading through all the comments, several things are clear to me. Number one, there is not going to be a one size fits all solution to this challenge that we'll face getting people back into the physical office space. Number two, it is going to be a challenge. And then number three, the people responsible for the physical workspaces are going to have to listen to the people who will occupy them and do their best to accommodate the needs of the group. Many employers have already signaled the willingness to be flexible, and I really encourage facility and office managers to do the same.
